Autumn -- Leaves [me] dry and shifty

This journal entry will have no emoticons or happy faces to decorate it as usual; the rainy season, cold and gray had done more than arriving to my geographical region, it has gradually made its way into my personal and family life as well. Nothing more can be said besides the well known cliche' that "each ending is a beginning of something else," and so it will be for me in a few day's time.

I had to shutdown my literary forum due to its recent inactivity, I cannot find the inspiration to write anything new and therefore am lost for words. I thought about what goes on in my life with my mother's sickness and the ever growing demands of the University, and came to the conclusion that I cannot devote myself to online projects at present. This all has been a summer project that cannot sustain present's agenda.

During my time on deviantart I met many incredible people whose names are found in my friends' list. Each one talented in his or her own way, leaving their mark in the incredible art that they produce, whether a poem, a picture or a photo.

I will continue to comment on and suggest friends' works when I am online but will not be artistically active any longer.

Thank you all for reading my poetry and writing, for encouraging me in my way and for providing insightful comments to my works; I couldn't have had a better audience!

Thus, I bid goodbye and say Adieu. My icon says currently "defeated" and not "dead" since the things I received while being active in this community will continue to live in my heart forever despite my absence.
